As &#8220;r\u00e9plicas&#8221; n\u00e3o autorizadas tem sido um dos maiores problema dentro do mercado joalheiro mundial e a decis\u00e3o foi comemorada por alguns e trouxe preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o para outros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O juiz emitiu uma liminar permanente contra 31 sites an\u00f4nimos, impedindo-os de distribuir, anunciar ou vender qualquer produto falso de David Yurman. Ele tamb\u00e9m concedeu ao joalheiro cerca de US $ 1,6 milh\u00e3o em indeniza\u00e7\u00f5es legais e ordenou que os r\u00e9us transferissem os nomes de dom\u00ednio de todos os sites infratores para David Yurman. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os r\u00e9us operavam uma rede de sites projetados para se assemelhar a sites autorizados de David Yurman, usando as marcas registradas do varejista e as imagens de campanhas com direitos autorais, de acordo com um comunicado da empresa.
