Destes, 69% afirmam que a experi\u00eancia de atendimento foi excelente ou muito boa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAo incorporar chatbots como parte de uma estrat\u00e9gia de experi\u00eancia do cliente omnichannel, voc\u00ea pode oferecer ao consumidor um servi\u00e7o que eles esperam em um mundo novo p\u00f3s-pandemia\u201d, comenta Caio Borges, head de Vendas da Infobip no Brasil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cA automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o desses processos \u00e9 importante para facilitar a vida do cliente, esclarecendo de forma r\u00e1pida d\u00favidas que possam surgir e aumentar a fidelidade da marca\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por outro lado, \u00e9 importante que o chatbot consiga interagir da forma mais humanizada poss\u00edvel com o cliente, j\u00e1 que 60% deles ficariam bravos se descobrissem que est\u00e3o falando com uma Intelig\u00eancia Artificial.
